Requirements SUMMARY The Senior Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the architecture, performance, reliability, and strategic direction of a hybrid database environment supporting business-critical financial systems, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), risk systems, and front-office applications. Operating within a 24/7 staff augmentation model, this role provides technical leadership across Microsoft SQL Server (primary), Oracle (OCI), and Azure database platforms. The Senior DBA serves as an escalation point for complex incidents, leads proactive optimization initiatives, and supports cloud migration strategies aligned with enterprise data centre exit goals.
