Senior Database Administrator

We are looking to recruit a DBA (Database Administrator) to work within Infrastructure Team in the IT department of Clicks Group Services. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Technical Team Leader in our Infrastructure Team.

Job Purpose

To provide technical support to the Clicks IT Infrastructure team by delivering best of breed, world-class database configuration and administration (performance, integrity, and security) across databases which support key Clicks IT business applications. Ensure high availability of data and effective day-to-day operations through applicable technology and best practices.
