Senior delivery lead-enterprise programs

Position summaryEZCORP is seeking a Sr. Delivery Lead — Enterprise Programs to join the Enterprise PMO and lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning IT, business operations, and multiple geographies across the US and Latin America. The immediate focus of this role is a major multi-country integration program, with ongoing responsibility for enterprise programs as business needs evolve.The ideal candidate is a hands-on program execution leader with a strong technical background, deep experience in enterprise platform migrations, multi-site technology rollouts, and organizational change management.
