Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Managing the project delivery team in Thailand.
This is a people manager role which includes Objectives Setting, Performance Appraisal and People Review.Learning & Development Planning for the team members.
Compensation – Salary Review and Performance Bonus.
Resource Planning for the Delivery Team in Thailand – Team positions & recruitment, ensuring sufficient resources for backlog and pipeline projects.
Succession Planning.
Approve Team Leaves / Expense Claim / Timesheet approval.
Managing the delivery of Cardlink & iM projects
Review and confirm all estimations regardless of project size
Confirm availability of resources
Handle projects and project teams in an independent manner.
