Senior Delivery Manager

Join EPAM Singapore as a Senior Delivery Manager, where you will own end-to-end delivery of agile application development initiatives in a regulated banking environment. In this role, you will manage delivery outcomes, align with senior business and technology stakeholders, and ensure Agile execution of high-quality, on-time releases across cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from planning through production release and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams to ensure timely and high‑quality outcomes
• Manage delivery governance including risks, dependencies, issues and escalations
• Serve as the primary delivery interface to senior business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and production readiness
