Senior Demand Planning Engineer

IML Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment to support optimal production and service levels. The Demand Planner will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Procurement teams to analyze trends, manage forecast inputs, and help maintain the right balance between supply and demand.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and improve short-term and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to understand demand drivers and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and report deviations to drive improvements.
• Lead monthly demand planning meetings to align with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
