Senior Deputy Manager – Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems, HMIs, drives, and electronic control panels in textile processing machinery
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of dyeing, finishing, and processing equipment
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Supervise and develop the electronics maintenance team
• Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machinery and automation systems
• Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols

Requirements:

• BSc Electronics (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in textile processing units
