Senior Design Manager - Mechanical

The **Senior Design Manager (Mechanical)** is a pivotal ‘subject matter expert’ (SME) role leading the mechanical discipline within the wider QTS European Development Group. This role will manage pre-construction and construction activities for select campus and development projects. Throughout the pre-construction and construction Wycliffe, this role will engage daily with internal design managers, external consultants, contractors, commissioning agents, vendors, and Data Center Operations.

The position will also act as a liaison both internally and externally for those other consultancy services outside of design to include but not be limited to: Project Managers; Cost & Schedule Consultants; Local Authority Officers; and Hyperscale Customers where required.
