**_Purpose of the Role_**
- The role is leading the Technical Services function consisting of Design and Engineering teams, tasked with ensuring best in class hotel renovations, relevant to local market and brand standards.
This role oversees the delivery of all the activities, systems, processes and interactions from deal signing to opening of the properties._
**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Technical services team in the Americas & LATAM for Six Senses ensuring the right systems and processes are developed and implemented by the team to ensure the successful conversions and renovations of Six Senses hotels.
- Work with the team to ensure that D&E is cost efficient and that design briefs, brand standards and technical service fees are positioned with the Owner offering to ensure high value and support.
