Senior Designer (Architecture)

As a Senior Designer , you will be responsible for design development, design coordination and documentation. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in concept and design development
3. Experience in large scale & mixed use will be an advantage
4. Experience of working in international markets will be an advantage
5. Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
6. Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage
7. Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills
