Senior Designer (Bolton)

The Senior Designer is responsible for developing cost‑effective formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions, and preparing drawings (including material take‑offs) for both standard and advanced custom designs. This role involves attending meetings, building direct relationships with customers, and providing technical support throughout the design process. The Senior Designer is also expected to schedule work, provide training, lead design efforts, and review and approve the work of junior team members. They are accountable for the quality of their own designs and may also oversee and take responsibility for the work of others on a project‑by‑project basis. What you'll do on a typical day:
