Senior Designer - Brand & Ideas

We’re looking for a senior designer who leads with ideas — particularly in B2B contexts. Someone who thinks clearly, creates boldly, and executes with precision. Bring confidence to your work. You have a point of view. You can take an idea from first thought to final output and make it land. You’re as strong conceptually as you are visually, and you care about detail.

Teneo Studio is the in‑house creative team turning complex B2B challenges into clear, compelling ideas across brand, content, campaigns and engagement.

The Role

Develop ideas and shape brand‑led work across identity, campaigns, digital and editorial. Take ownership from concept to delivery. Challenge, refine and push the work to a higher standard. Support and direct junior designers.
