Senior Designer, New Brand Group

Job Description

:What will you work on?
The Senior Designer is responsible for Designing Toys for the New Brand Group from Sketch to CAD. The Sr. Designer will need to be innovative with a strong understanding of the consumer demographics across all Toy Categories.

How will you create impact?

Clearly demonstrates a solid understanding of the brands and the competitive environment as it relates to toy products and construction toy brands.

Partner with Creative Management and Brand Management to set direction for new brands and individual items.

Delivers innovative results that support brand strategy.

Works with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables.

Works with project management to set priorities, schedules and assign projects.
Manage the timelines of the projects assigned to you.
