Senior Developer Experience Engineer

If watching a team get blocked for hours by busted tooling makes you want to fix it, not just complain about it, this role is for you. We're hiring a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to own the tooling and systems that thousands of IDEXX engineers depend on to ship safely and fast. You'll treat internal engineers as customers and obsess about their experience. You'll own and evolve our internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, observability, and developer environments. You'll help teams transition to agentic engineering, including Claude Code, Cursor, and the next wave of agentic tools. Your work compounds: one good DevEx decision saves every team time forever.
