Applic8 is expanding its team and is currently looking for a Senior Developer | HR Cloud !

The ideal candidate is someone who possess a strong set of technical skills, passion for innovation, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment where everyone respects and builds off the unique and diverse skills of all our team members.

You will report to the Head of Software & Operation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a user-first mentality
• Become the project lead for respective domain within probation period
• Ambassador for test-driven development
• Design and implement highly scalable solutions in line with company’s core values
• Lead and mentor junior teammates
• Deliver documentation for service consumers
• Communicate progress regularly with Head of Software
• Collaborate with Head of Software for new projects
