What you'll build-


In your role you will 

  • Architect and deliver AI use cases for the CX sales and Service Cloud Platform.

  • Drive AI change management and enablement.

  • Define and execute our internal AI strategy and roadmap.

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.

  • Technically lead and mentor a team of AI Experts and AI Developers while maintaining strong hands-on coding and prototyping.
