About the Role
Looking for a trim developer who will be responsible for end-to-end development, sourcing and execution of all garment trims. Person needs to have strong regional & landscape knowledge of trim manufacturing hubs, supplier capabilities, cost structure, compliance standards and emerging technology. The position ensures trims meet brand standards in quality, cost, aesthetics and timelines while supporting seasonal calendars.
What You'll Do
Trim Development & Innovation – Develop and align with design direction & product needs. Research new materials, finishes across global trim hubs.
Supplier & Region Expertise – Strong knowledge of regional trim hubs. Identify right regions-based lead time, cost & capabilities.
Sourcing & Costing – Source competitive trim options & benchmark regional costing norms with capabilities.
