Job Description

                    Level A – Senior Development Engineer  Leads innovation and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects as part of the Biomedical Textile Product Development team 
Accountable for project scope, risk management, detailed project planning, resource coordination, and on‑time delivery of project milestones and product launches. 
Leads pilot builds, engineering runs, and critical implementation activities to ensure robust process capability and operational readiness. 
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, optimise cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase overall product profitability (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.). 
Applies structured, data‑driven problem‑solving methodologies (RCA, FMEA, DMAIC, 8D) to identify root causes and deliver measurable, sustainable operational improvements.
