Senior Development Manager (12 month FTC)

As Senior Development Manager, you will drive the organization’s technology strategy and lead enterprise-wide initiatives, combining strategic influence with hands-on engineering leadership. This is not a people-management-only role you will build complex, cloud-native systems, write production-grade code, and own technical delivery across the full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive broader strategic initiatives that impact multiple teams or functions, including platform modernisation, cloud migration, and AI adoption.
• Represent the engineering function in senior forums, shaping platform direction, investment decisions, and technical standards.
• Own the technical roadmap for the Core Health Platform, balancing innovation, technical debt, and platform evolution.
