Our opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Development Managerto lead the delivery of multiple, large‑scale and complex development projects across our portfolio.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end development outcomes, shaping strategy, leading high‑performing teams, balancing risk and opportunity, and delivering projects that reflect Mirvac’s commitment to quality, sustainability and long‑term value.

You will play a key leadership role in building trusted relationships across the business and with external partners, while modelling our values and cultivating a diverse, inclusive and high‑performance culture.
