The Role:

Reporting to the Development Director, the SDM will be responsible for:

End to end development for major urban transformation projects

Work at various project stages including strategy formulation, feasibility, planning, design, engaging consultants

Management of contractors, consultants

Responsible for budgeting, financial reporting for projects

Stakeholder management including working with multiple partnerships both private and public, as well as councils
