Requisitos principales:
  AWS PaaS (VPC, IAM, EKS, ECR)
  Azure PaaS (Redes, Entra ID, ACR, AKS)
  Administración avanzada de Kubernetes
  Docker, Terraform, Azure DevOps
Deseable: scripting (PowerShell, Python), Golang, SecOps, APIs.
