Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to lead the architectural design, automation, and ongoing optimization of cloud-based contact center infrastructure and modern web platforms. In this role, you will take hands‑on technical ownership of constructing, deploying, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient production systems. Serving as a core engineering authority, you will build automated deployment pipelines and integrate advanced data, AI, and workflow routing engines to deliver streamlined, citizen‑facing communication applications.
