Senior DevSecOps Engineer / Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage secure, highly portable Kubernetes infrastructure on GCC+
• Deploy and operate enterprise platforms using Helm
• Build backend services, automation tooling, and DevOps solutions primarily in Golang
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Drive engineering best practices including ADRs, RFCs, CI/CD, and agile execution
• Ensure cloud-agnostic, platform-independent deployment architecture

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in: Kubernetes / AWS EKS DevSecOps / SRE / Platform Engineering Helm & Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)CI/CD pipelines & cloud-native infrastructure Containerization technologies
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams
• Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments preferred
• Golang experience is highly preferred ...
