Senior DFT Engineer: Drive SOC Testability

Maxlinear Asia Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Design-for-Testability (DfT) Engineer in Singapore. The role involves defining and implementing DFT measures to ensure test coverage for various IP types. Applicants should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree and about 3 years of experience in the DFT field.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in Boundary Scan, ATPG Scan, and MBIST, alongside experience with standard DFT tools. A co-operative team player with strong analytical skills is preferred.
