Werk Agency is looking for a Senior Digital Account Lead to join our growing team.

This is a senior hybrid role for someone who enjoys working across client service, digital strategy and campaign delivery.

We’re a small, growing and fast-moving agency, so this role is suited to someone who likes variety, ownership and being close to the work. You’ll work directly with clients, help turn briefs into clear digital plans, coordinate internal and external specialists, and make sure campaigns are delivered well.

This is not a narrow account management role, and it is not a pure platform-specialist role. It sits somewhere in the middle.

You’ll need to understand digital well enough to lead useful client conversations, make practical recommendations, review performance, and know when to bring in the right specialist support.
