Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst

Purpose / Summary
Maintains the customer relationship and acts as the primary technical-functional liaison during the digital product lifecycle. Beyond standard analysis, this role is responsible for the technical decomposition of business needs into High-Quality User Stories and Features, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical feasibility within the Digital area.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Product Analysis (40%):
Leads the elicitation, definition, and documentation of complex functional and non-functional requirements.
Expertly crafts User Stories, Epics, and Features, ensuring they meet INVEST principles and include clear Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborates with technical staff to develop solution alternatives, data models, and detailed use cases.
Provides strategic advice for digital business processes, acting as a consultant for stakeholders.
