Senior Digital Creative Designer (Marketing)

The Opportunity

At OES we are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Creative Designer to help shape the future of our in-house creative capability. We are looking for someone that understands how ideas move students through a funnel from first impression to enrolment. Someone who knows that great creative isn’t just beautiful, it’s platform-fit, audience-led, and performance-driven.

This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who can think like a marketer, tell strong visual stories, and elevate the creative capability of a growing in-house team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our creative output across paid and organic channels. You’ll lead the development of digital-first, platform-fit creative across paid and organic channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and display, balancing brand, performance, and storytelling.
