Senior Digital Experience Specialist

The Senior Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm’s digital assets to deliver exceptional user experience and meet strategic business objectives. Reporting directly to the National Manager, Brand, Digital and Creative Marketing, this role combines technical expertise in digital marketing technology (e.g., CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, and web infrastructure) with strong project coordination skills to lead enterprise-level initiatives. Acting as the subject matter expert for web experience and content, the incumbent ensures compliance with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies for B2B audiences, while maintaining governance and vendor relationships. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance client engagement and contribute to the firm’s digital strategy by identifying emerging technologies and trends on an ongoing basis.
