Role Summary
HabileLabs is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead and improve our B2B digital lead generation engine. The role will focus on generating better quality leads through performance marketing, SEO, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM tracking, analytics, and AI-led marketing improvements.
The ideal candidate should understand how B2B IT buyers behave, how digital campaigns convert, and how to improve lead quality from ads, landing pages, and nurturing journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Performance
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Improve lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and campaign conversion rates.
- Optimize ad performance through better targeting, keywords, creatives, messaging, bidding, and landing page alignment.
