JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Planning, Design and Construction, provides collaboration, communication and leadership in support of Emory University's capital and non-capital construction programs, focusing on projects from $2 million and above, but also including renovation projects and deferred maintenance projects, through project completion and closeout.
+ Responsibilities include a thorough understanding of Emory University's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), capital funding process, as well as processes for project design, sustainability, documentation and construction.
