Senior Director, Compliance, Europe

Overview

Lead the continuous development and execution of Healthcare Compliance Programs across Europe, aligned with RevMed’s global compliance strategy, OIG Guidance, applicable industry codes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Compliance as the European Compliance lead on the European Leadership Team
• Partner cross‑regionally to implement global compliance initiatives in Europe

Requirements / Qualifications

• 12+ years’ relevant experience in healthcare compliance, including in‑house pharmaceutical experience
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) required
• Strong track record of building and leading regional compliance frameworks
• Extensive experience supporting the development, approval, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Europe
• Deep knowledge of European healthcare laws, transparency requirements, and industry codes
