Role Overview

The position oversees all aspects of the facilities management of Makro Group including Head Office, Store and warehouse space both Thailnd and International, ensures a superior level of services in the areas of maintenance and repair; material handling and office equipment, and security systems and policies, along with the financial management of the annual Facilities operating budget. Supervises and works collaboratively with the Facilities Management team providing strategic leadership and guidance.

Manage and direct team to set up all Internal and External equipment contractors with agreements and pricing., procurement process of all brands and types of equipment, reventative Maintenance program for all equipment.
