Senior Director, Fab Operation

Lead and oversee fab operations , driving financial performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple engineering modules . Responsible for people, processes, and overall productivity, quality, and yield.

• Lead and manage fab operations and manpower planning.
• Set and track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage product delivery, cycle time, WIP, and inventory.
