Senior Director, Fab Operation

Role Overview:
Lead and oversee fab operations, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple engineering modules. Responsible for people, processes, and overall productivity, quality, and yield.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage fab operations and manpower planning.
Set and track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Manage product delivery, cycle time, WIP, and inventory.
Develop partnerships with key customers and subcontractors.
Plan capital and expense budgets; monitor departmental P&L.
Ensure succession planning and career development for critical roles.
Foster cross-department collaboration and best practice sharing.
Maintain compliance with EHSS standards and SOPs.
Identify new business opportunities to support fab continuity.
