What is the opportunity?Reporting directly to the SVP & CFO Personal & Commercial Banking in this role you will lead development and management of the Performance Management process, including linkage with business strategy for RBC. In this role we are looking for strong business acumen and ability to attract, hire, grow and mentor top talent within this team and RBC. This role also acts as a key partner with other heads of finance in Canadian Banking and other centres of expertise across Finance.What will you do?
