 Summary: Provide overall leadership to the Franchise Area. Lead ,coach, or delegate where appropriate in below areas :
Develop Annual Business Plan and achieve annual business targets
Get aligned with local bottler on the strategies, annual business targets and annual DMI budget.
Secure the compliance and execution of the business plan via effectively using various information.
Diagnose issues and drive action plans of local bottler to make sure business is running on track.
Explore local opportunities
Identify significant unexploited market opportunities and recommend plans on how to seize them
Introduce best practices of examples to local bottler to enhance system's ability.
Find and direct KO resource to support bottler to capture the opportunities for a faster growth
Understand the local consumers and customers
Be totally up-to-date with all relevant local consumers, ...
