We’re looking for a Sr. Director, General Management Office for a semiconductor foundry company based in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. This position will report to the President of the company and lead the GM office to manage the execution of key/critical programs and initiatives in the organization. Must have 10+ years of experience in a semiconductor foundry environment.

Responsibilities:

Team and Program Management:

Management and execution of the key programs and initiatives in the General Management Office (GMO).Conduct feasibility assessments, market analysis, and financial planning.Drive technology strategies and establish project timelines. Establishing training and upgrading the knowledge and capabilities of the organization.

Overseas Programs Leader:

Leader for the overseas strategic semiconductor manufacturing projects. Drive projects to meet business goals, adjusting the tactics and negotiating as needed. Co-host weekly calls with external pa...
