Senior Director, Global Engineering and Construction Delivery - Corporate Real Estate (CRE)

What is the opportunity? In this Global Senior Director role, you will be accountable to ensure that RBC has a global framework for efficient and timely project delivery that supports RBC business unit objectives and mitigates operational and financial risks in an outsourced, regional delivery model. You will provide oversight of RBC’s multiple project vendors (engineering, project delivery and design) and sourcing and reporting as well as a point of vendor performance escalation. Additionally, you will ensure project vendors are aligned with RBC objectives and compliant with RBC policies, regulations, and laws.

What will you do?

Define and implement a consistent delivery strategy and framework (e.g. engineering standards, supplier strategy, construction approach, internal vs external management, and other elements essential to project delivery) to support a Regional Delivery model.
