Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Overview

At Lightspeed, we’re looking for Senior Director, Growth Marketing to join our global team and lead data-driven growth strategies that drive revenue, optimize performance, and push our global customer acquisition efforts into new territory. You’ll be a key leader and owner in Lightspeed’s global marketing organization. Your mission will be to build scalable growth engines, improve conversion funnels, and enable data-first decision-making across our acquisition and lifecycle efforts.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the strategy, performance, and leadership of four core teams: MAT (Marketing Automation), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Marketing Analytics, Marketing AI.
