Senior Director I, System Digital Transformation

**Role Summary**

The Senior Director I, System Digital Transformation is responsible for leading critical transformation initiatives across the North America System bridging current-state tools, processes, and ways of working to future-state capabilities and operating models.

This role serves as a key integrator across Digital & Data, business, bottler and system stakeholders-driving alignment, governance, and execution across complex, system-wide initiatives. The position requires strong influence, executive communication, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.

The immediate focus includes commercial tool transition and VIP migration efforts, with broader accountability for advancing digital priorities across the NAOU system.
