Senior Director – Marketing and Customer Analytics

**Overview:**
Labcorp, a Forbes 2025 “Best Large Employer,” is looking for a visionary data leader to join our Global Insights team in Bangalore. As Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics, you’ll implement the strategy for how Labcorp leverages data to drive marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and enterprise growth.

Labcorp’s Global Insights team is responsible for generating data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, answer business questions, and help us better serve our customers. The role provides an opportunity for a data-driven executive who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

This role reports functionally to the VP of Global Insights based in United States and is a key part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), based in Bangalore, India.
