Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for WES/WMS/WCS and related platform services.
Drive technical strategy for warehouse execution software, real-time orchestration, and automation integrations.
Partner with Product and Customer Operations teams to translate warehouse workflows into scalable software solutions.
Own architecture decisions across microservices, cloud platforms, edge systems, and real-time integrations.
Ensure high availability and performance for mission-critical warehouse systems.
Build and mentor engineering leaders; develop succession plans and high-performing teams.
Drive engineering excellence, including CI/CD, observability, reliability, and security.
