Our client, a global leader in the iGaming industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering and Tech Site Lead to play a foundational role in establishing and scaling their engineering presence in the Philippines. You will be accountable for building a high-performing engineering, delivery, and operational practice in Manila, including the creation and growth of multiple cross-functional, full-stack Scrum teams and the attraction of senior technical talent, including Principal Engineers.
