JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Facility Management, this position oversees the day-to-day operation of the business unit-facing facility operations.
+ Functional areas include operation and maintenance, auxiliary services, exteriors, building residential services, and fire safety operations.
+ Responsible for helping to ensure that students, faculty, and staff have a positive facilities experience.
+ Oversees negotiation of contracts for safety, environmental, and maintenance solutions.
+ Oversees all operating budgets as well as maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair activity.
