Job Description

The Role:


  • Reporting to CEO and Head of International Operations based in the USA, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving levels of “throughput, performance and profitability” established as company objectives and ensure the sustainability of its achievement and growth

  • Overseeing and ensuring fleet of machinery, equipment and resources.

  • Promote and proactively work with managers in Logistics/ Supply Chain, Production, QA, Planning to manage the risks of the operation, and implement Best Practices.

  • Planning and budget all the processes of the execution, as well as accountability for the execution of the budget.

  • Ensuring the existence and compliance of policies and standards that ensure the achievement of the objectives of all the processes of the execution (End-to-End) and the tangible practice of all the values of the company.
