Senior Director or Executive Director, Forecasting and Performance

**General Description:**
**The Sr. Director/Executive Director, Forecasting and Performance Center of Excellence (COE) will lead BeOne’s global forecasting and commercial performance management capabilities to enable high-quality decision-making across the commercial organization. This leader will establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting for both inline and late stage products, revenue outlook, KPI design, performance measurement, and insights delivery across regions, brands, and channels. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, Sales Operations, and country/region leadership to drive planning excellence, ensure forecast accuracy and transparency. In addition, this leader will manage and develop a high performing team and accelerate adoption of scalable tools and processes.
