Senior Director, Planning, Strategy & Value – AI & Digital Transformation

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Director within the RBC AI Group, you will lead the strategy, planning, governance, and value realization for AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) initiatives.

What will you do?

• Lead ADT Strategy: Articulate and execute RBC’s vision for ADT, aligning with business goals and emerging AI trends.


• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization for large‑scale AI transformation programs and the ADT team by aligning strategy, funding, and execution to focus on highest‑impact opportunities.


• Manage executive governance and updates (Board, GE, OC, etc.) with clear decision frameworks.


• Enhance ADT engagement through leadership forums, committees, summits, and conferences, partnering with Corporate Communications for key events.
