Role Overview: The Senior Director, Player Experience Strategy will partner closely with senior production and creative leaders to ensure that all FC player experiences exceed player expectations, validated through large and small scale playtesting, research, competitive analysis and understanding the community. You will apply your in-depth knowledge of football (soccer) and game development to objectively evaluate experiential quality, ensuring gameplay, modes, and live services authentically reflect the sport, its culture, and evolving fan expectations across multiple platforms.
