Senior Director, Program & Portfolio Governance

**General Description:**

The **Senior Director of Program & Portfolio Governance** is a senior leader within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Operational Strategy and Enablement function who is responsible for driving program execution excellence and portfolio governance across GTS and GTS led strategic initiatives. This role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, business priorities, and operational execution effective program management, and portfolio governance across the organization. The position partners closely with Process & Service Excellence (PSE) and Adoption & Change Enablement (ACE) leaders to ensure timely and effective portfolio decisions and program execution. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the GTS Leadership Team or portfolio priorities, execution trade-offs and value realization.
